ACCOUNT MANAGER
Account Managers supervise valets, as well as carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; handling large amounts of cash revenue, and addressing complaints and solving problems.

An exhaustive, paid Management in Development Training Program is available for all new managers; focusing on policies, procedures, revenue control, payroll, billing reports, home office set-up, and leadership skills.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to run at top speed, stand during entire shift, occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally. Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and ability to adjust focus. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and frequently exposed to care exhaust fumes. Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to drive manual transmission. Customer service experience preferred. Computer experience preferred Management experience preferred.
