Customers follow two simple steps to enjoy this service.

Step One - Call the number on the back of the valet ticket and enter your valet ticket number

Step Two - Return to the valet area within the time frame that the automated recording indicated and your vehicle will be available for pick up!

American Valet is the only Arizona valet company who utilizes Area Managers. Each account American Valet serves is assigned to an Area Manager. The duties of the Area Manager include providing ongoing support for account managers and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Mal Kenney is our Area One Manager. He serves 15 accounts including Biltmore Fashion Park and our newest Macerich client, Westside Pavilion in Los Angeles, California. Mal has been an employee of American Valet since 1998 and enjoys baseball games and people watching in his spare time.

American Valet Company made history on April 16, 2007, by breaking into the ever lucrative market of Los Angeles, CA. Yep, that's right! Movie Stars, Film Studios, LAX, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Kodak Theatre and now AMERICAN VALET! Westside Pavilion is located at the intersection of Westwood Blvd and Pico Blvd on the prestigious west side of Los Angeles. The center has the only Nordstrom in the area and is patroned by residents of Rancho Park, Cheviot Hills, Santa Monica as well as Beverly Hills, Westwood, Pacific Palisades, and Brentwood. Our long time employee, Moe Omoth, relocated to Los Angeles to take on the role of Account Manager. Moe has been with American Valet since 1994 in a variety of positions including Valet, Account Manager, Director of Accounts, and Assistant to the VP. Greg Ewers, a successful Supervisor from our Private Party Division relocated to Southern California to take the role of Assistant Account Manager. Mal Kenney, an American Valet veteran will be overseeing the Operations from corporate as our Area Manager.

American Valet welcomes our new sales manager, Aaron Berg. Aaron joined us April of 2007. Born and raised in Southern California and a graduate of California State University, Aaron is in charge of sales for the Casino, Hotel, Hospital, and Shopping Center markets. Aaron has 26 years of professional sales experience with a Fortune 100 company. He and his wife, Cynthia have been married for 24 years and have two amazing children, Dann (21) and Elissa (17). Aaron enjoys community service activities and sits on the board of a non-profit organization that helps Phoenix area underprivileged children. In his free time, he loves to play tennis.

Aaron is currently working on several non-disclosed parking opportunities.
