Thank you so much for sending Jim to my wedding on April 14th. I wish I could find employees with his attitude!
This was not an easy job – cars were parked incorrectly by guests when Jim arrived. He very calmly found each of the owners of these cars and reparked their cars. He came to me and said “don’t you worry about it, I will handle it”. As a wedding planner, those words are invaluable!
At the end of the evening, I had some trouble with the lighting company that I hired. They did not show up to retrieve their lights from the golf course. My client would have been up a creek with the Phoenician golf course if the lights would have remained there until morning. Jim retrieved the lights for me – what a hero!
Jim always has a smile on his face, all of the guests love him. I truly get the feeling that he loves his job, you could not ask for a better representative for American Valet!
