Dear Mr. Guerithalt,

Several weeks ago I was hosted at a business dinner at your restaurant.

When I picked up my car from the valet the keys were in the ignition and the car was running so I did not notice my remote entry device had been lost. When I turned off the car at home I saw it was missing and I called the restaurant. The remote could not be found.

The following day I called American Valet company. After a few days of checking and without further delay they paid for my new remote: it was from Infiniti and cost about $200.

I wanted you to know that American Valet is an outstanding company representing you to your guests. One of their telephone messages says something like “the best time to make a good first impression is the first time.” They did fine by me. The dinner was excellent.
